Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited recently announced one time settlement scheme. This scheme is especially for those families who do not pay their pending bills. This is one of the schemes in which you can pay a one-time settlement amount and restore your services.
This scheme is also popular under the name of Ek must Samadhan Yojana and Uttar Pradesh Vidyut Bill Mafi Yojana. So today we are going to discuss UPPCL OTS in which you can register online and waive your electricity bill. This process will be completed in three steps.
If you are interested in registering under the UPPCL OTS Scheme 2024, the first step of registration will be from the 15th of December to the 31st of December 2024. There are a total of 16 days in which you can do your registration. The 2nd phase of this registration will start from the 1st of January to the 15th of January 2025.
The last and 3rd phases of this registration will start from the 16th of January to the 31st of January 2025. So get ready for this scheme. Terms and Conditions For UPPCL OTS Scheme
UPPCL OTS is working on the one-time settlement principle. In this scheme, if you pay your pending bills in one time then you will get more relaxation.
In case you delay your pending payments then it will become more expensive for you in the next installment.
Under this scheme, you can pay your pending bills one time and in installments.
This scheme is only applicable for the urban area people having loads up to 2 kilowatts, and they are defaulters after the 8th of November 2023 are eligible.

If you fulfill all the terms and conditions of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited one-time settlement scheme, then the registration steps are mentioned below:-
On the homepage, you will see information about the scheme. The second link of one time settlement scheme 2024-25 registration will be displayed. Click on it and then a new page will open on your screen.
On this new page, you have to select your district name, and your account number and then fill in the captcha code.
Click on the check eligibility button. If you are eligible then you will see a message “Congratulations. You are eligible to enroll in Uttar Pradesh one time settlement scheme”.
With this details like name, address, mobile number, category, amount, sanctioned loan, and supply type details will be mentioned on your screen.
Now the next thing you have to do is to choose your option, which type of payment you want.
In the first, you can choose full payment and the second one is installment. It is totally up to you. If you pay the full amount then you will get more benefits. Now you have to click on the Proceed to Registration button.
When you click on the proceed button, then the next thing you have to do is to log in. In the login section select the District name, and account number (available on your electricity will), enter your password or choose login through OTP, and then fill in the captcha code.
If you are first time on this website then you have to click on the register button. In this process again you have to select the District name, account number, and bill number and then click on the continue button.
Now after clicking on continue, you will see all the details displayed on your screen. In the empty box, you have to enter your email ID, and password and choose one question with an answer in case you forgot your password, and then click on the send OTP button.
Now one OTP will be received on your official contact number. Enter that OTP and then click on the verify mobile/ email button.
Now after verification, you will get a message “Thank you, your registration is completed click here to login.”
Now the next thing you have to do is to login on to this website again with your credentials.
Now again options that are full payment and installment will be open on your screen.
In this, you have to choose one option and then click on the pay now button.
Now your account number will be displayed on your screen and your outstanding amount. Click on the submit button.
The complete summary of your bill payment will be displayed on your screen, cross-check all your details and then click on the Pay Now button.
Now you will redirected to the payment page in which you can choose the option of net banking, credit or debit card, QR code, wallet, and UPI.
Finally, make your payment. After successful payment you will get a message “Thank you your bill payment has been completed your receipt number is EFH***”.
