Vivo X200 series debuted in global markets a few days ago and the company started teasing the phones in India, hinting at their imminent arrival. The Vivo flagships were the first to ship with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset. While we wait for the launch date, the Vivo X200 series has been listed on Amazon and Flipkart, revealing some key details.
The Vivo X-series is the brand’s premium flagship lineup with a focus on offering impressive cameras, aesthetic designs, and top-end performance.
Vivo X200 series features revealed
- Only the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro are confirmed to launch in India and not the X200 Pro Mini.
- The Amazon and Flipkart listings confirm the Vivo X200 series will feature Zeiss optics and India’s first 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto sensor.
- The Vivo X200 series will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC and feature an advanced V3+ imaging chip.
- The listings confirm the Vivo X200 Pro will pack India’s first 6000mAh semi-solid state battery.
- The Vivo X200 series will feature a quad-curved display, with narrow bezels and a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper.
- Lastly, the flagships will boot Funtouch OS 15 custom skin out of the box.
- Other Vivo X200 and X200 Pro specifications in India might be similar to China models.
The listings on Amazon and Flipkart say ‘Coming Soon’ without explicitly mentioning the launch date. 91mobiles exclusively revealed a few days ago that the Vivo X200 series will be debuting in the country this month. Besides the said e-commerce platforms, the Vivo X200 series will also be sold via the Vivo India e-store.
Vivo X200 price in China starts at CNY 4,299 (around Rs 50,100), while the Vivo X200 Pro starts at CNY 5,299 (approx Rs 61,800). For comparison, the Vivo X100 series price in India started at Rs 63,999. We should know more details about the phones in the days to come.
