All the e-lattery tasks for 2025-26 will be performed on the new e-lattery portal, which is URL-Exciseelotteryup.upsdc.gov.in.
Documents required for e-layer
1- A photo of the applicant.
2- Pnipple of PAN card.
3- Photocopy of Aadhaar card.
4- Property Certificate issued by status certificate or higher income tax valuer.
5- It will also be mandatory to upload the prescribed affidavit along with the application form. format)
6- Nomination affidavit (click here for format) and Namini’s consent affidavit
7 – Details of ITR Return of last year.
8- Mobile Number and E-mail ID.
Note:-
1- It is mandatory for the first phase applicants to register new registration.
2- The same registration on a PAN number will be valid.
3- The facility of registering for the e-Lattery of native liquor, composite shops and cannabis shops and model shops for the year 2025-26 will be available on UP Excise E-Lottery Portal from 4:00 pm on 14.02.2025 on 14.02.2025 and The facility to apply at the shops and submit processing fees will be available on 17.02.2025 from 12:00 pm to 27.02.2025 from 05:00 pm on 27.02.2025.
4- Please fill the correct information with purity while applying. Due to impure and flawless information, your application may be rejected or other problems, which will have full responsibility of the applicant. The repayment of deposited funds will not be in any case.
5- It is mandatory to pay processing fees only through the facility available on UP Excise E-Lottery Portal. Regarding the application form, the funds deposited in favor of the State Government or Excise Department will not be accepted, nor will the requests for their return will be accepted. Special precautions and vigilance should be taken in this regard.
6- It is mandatory to upload an affidavit (maximum 100 kb pdf form) in the format prescribed by the applicant, otherwise the application will be canceled.
7- The amount of processing fees paid will not be returned in any case.
8- Computer file to be made for uploading records, prescribed format photo (20-50 kb jPG, jPEG format) Want While presenting the application form, prepare the computer files of the records uploaded in the prescribed format and size in advance.
