Raebareli ! An acid-filled tanker overturned uncontrollably on Unnao-Lalganj road in Kheer’s Semri. In the incident, two persons were buried under the tanker, while three teenagers were injured by the tanker. The police, who reached the spot, are trying to lift the tanker with the help of two Hydra. It is being told that one person died due to being pressed under the tanker, while the other’s situation is not yet clear. At the same time, half of the three teenagers in the tanker’s grip of a teenager was badly burnt by acid, it has been referred to the district hospital from the Community Health Center Kheer, while two other Kisharane is being treated in the CHC.
According to the information, a tanker filled with acid was coming from Kanpur towards Rae Bareli at around 6:30 pm on Tuesday evening. It is being said that the tanker overturned uncontrollably while overtaking a high speed roadways bus hundred meters before the Semri Square of Kheer. Sandeep, Omji and Priyanshu were hit by the tanker.
In the incident, Jagdish’s half torso was separated due to being buried under the tanker and he died on the spot, while the police is trying to evacuate the other person riding a bike under the tanker. At the same time, the lower half of Omji’s body was hit by acid, which caused him badly, while Sandeep and Priyanshu were also injured.
Hearing the loud voice of the injured and the tanker overturning, there was chaos. People around ran for help. A large crowd of people gathered on the spot. The police, who reached the spot, rushed to the CHC, a hurried manner, Omji, Sandeep and Priyanshu, where Omji was referred to the district hospital due to critical condition, while Sandeep and Priyanshu are being treated at CHC.
Station head Kheer Santosh Kumar Singh says that efforts are being made to lift the tanker with the help of two Hydra machines. One person has died. The injured have been sent to the hospital.
