This 10-minute, high-protein, high-fiber meal checks all the boxes: nourishing, delicious, and easy enough for even the busiest weeknight. Thanks to the air fryer.
Wild salmon is one of my favorite proteins because it’s rich in high-quality protein and omega-3 fatty acids. I turn it into bite-size pieces, season it with coconut aminos, sesame oil, herbs, and Everything But The Bagel seasoning, then roast or air fry it until lightly crisp on the outside and tender inside.
For a time-saving shortcut, ask your fish market to remove the skin and cube the salmon for you. Small hacks like this can make healthy eating so much easier.
I serve the salmon over a generous bed of fiber-rich greens, shredded cabbage, or rice (or a combo of all!) and finish it with green onions, fresh or pickled ginger, and a simple homemade mustard dressing.
It’s a satisfying combination of protein, fiber, healthy fats, and colorful plants—and it comes together incredibly quickly.
