Lucknow: Hundreds of people from across UP met deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak during a janata darshan at his residence on Tuesday, seeking help on issues ranging from medical treatment and financial assistance to police cases, revenue, family and administrative matters.Pathak met them individually and directed officials concerned to take prompt action according to rules and eligibility norms. He stressed relief to eligible applicants without delay.Calling timely resolution of public complaints a govt priority, Pathak said janata darshan provides citizens a direct platform to present their problems and obtain time-bound solutions. He instructed officials to monitor complaints regularly and ensure their disposal within the prescribed timeframe.Emphasising sensitivity, transparency and accountability, the deputy CM said every grievance should be addressed seriously. He added that govt was committed to resolving issues efficiently and reducing the need for people to make repeated visits to govt offices.
