The body of a youth preparing for competitive exams was found dead in Hora Bangar, Bithoor area of the city on Tuesday morning. The body of Jeetu Yadav (25) was found hanging in the hall in Hora Bangar Nai Basti under Bithoor police station. After their calls went unanswered, his friends reached the spot and found his body. His father, a retired armyman Jayveer Singh, and elder brother Pushpendra Singh demanded an investigation. Bithoor police and a forensic team have recovered some narcotic items and a suicide note. The body was sent for post-mortem. Station in-charge Ashok Kumar Saroj said that further action will be taken based on the post-mortem report.
