Work of painting started in Sambhal Jama Masjid, process under surveillance of ASI

The work of dyeing and painting started from Sunday morning at Jama Masjid in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh. The team of ASI was present on the spot along with the committee members. Under the High Court order, the exterior of the mosque is being painted and decorated. The painter and a three -member team reached the mosque on Saturday, but the work could not begin. At the same time, posters of 74 miscreants on the back wall of the mosque have also been removed. Under the supervision of ASI, the work of cleaning and dyeing the exterior of the mosque is going on fast.
