Lucknow: The fourth edition of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Expo (UPITEX 2026) is set to position itself as a major platform for trade, investment and MSME empowerment in North India, with the five-day event scheduled from Jan 23-27 at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan.Approved under the ministry of MSME’s PMS scheme, UPITEX 2026 is being organised by the UP chapter of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) in collaboration with Invest UP and One District One Product (ODOP) initiative. The expo aims to strengthen MSMEs by expanding access to national and global markets while reinforcing Uttar Pradesh’s image as a key industrial destination.
Aligned with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision of a USD 1 trillion economy, the expo focuses on integrating MSMEs into global value chains, promoting indigenous industries, strengthening rural livelihoods and supporting the start-up ecosystem. Over 400 stalls will showcase a wide spectrum of sectors.Traditional clusters such as Moradabad brassware, Firozabad glass, Bhadohi-Mirzapur carpets and UP’s Khadi products will feature prominently, with engineering and leather clusters from Kanpur, Auraiya, Agra, and Aligarh.
