UP Ration Card One of the official documents issued by the Uttar Pradesh state government is the ‘UP Ration Card’. These cards are provided to families who are eligible to purchase subsidized grains through the Public Distribution System (PDS) under the National Food Security Act (NFSA).
How to check Uttar Pradesh Ration Card List 2025
You can check the Uttar Pradesh ration card list by following these steps:
- Step 1: Visit the official site of FSC UP Govt Visit the official website of Food & Supplies Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh .
- Step 2: Check NFSA EligibilityGo to the homepage of the site and click on “NFSA Eligibility List”, which you will see on the right side of the page. After the link opens, you will see the list of districts of Uttar Pradesh.
- Step 3: Search your districtClick on your preferred district. Then select your area. (There is separate list for urban areas and rural areas.) Then select your ration distributor/shopkeeper.
- Step 4: Search Distributor ListOn clicking the distributor, you will see the list of all ration card holders under that selected distributor.
Eligibility for Uttar Pradesh Ration Card

| BPL card(below poverty line) | These cards are given to people who are below the poverty line and whose annual income is less than Rs 10,000. |
| APL card(above poverty line) | APL cards are given to people who are above the poverty line and whose annual income is more than Rs 10,000. |
| AAY Card.(Antyodaya Anna Yojana) | AAY ration cards are issued to individuals who do not have a regular source of income and are extremely poor. |
Documents required to apply for Uttar Pradesh Ration Card
To apply for a ration card, you need to submit the following documents:
- Aadhar card
- Mobile Number
- Passport size photograph of family members living in your house
- PAN card
- last electricity bill
- Certificate of your income
- Caste/Category Certificate
- Bank passbook and photocopy of the first page of your passbook.
- Details of your gas connection
How to apply for Uttar Pradesh Ration Card?
You can download and print your ration card application. You can get the form from the official website of the concerned authority.
- Visit the official website of FCS, UP Govt i.e. https://fcs.up.gov.in .
- Once you reach the homepage, select “Download Form”.
- Click on “Application Form” from the dropdown list. Then you will see the link of application form for urban and rural areas.
- Select the link of your application form. Now the application form will appear.
- Download the application form.
- Print your form and fill all the details.
- Submit the application at the regional CSC center or Tehsil center.
- (If any application form contains incorrect or incomplete information it will be rejected)
