UP News : Under the direction of Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow and Hon’ble District Judge/Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Rae Bareli Raj Kumar Singh, the lockup at the Civil Court was inspected by Anupam Shaurya Additional District Judge/Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Rae Bareli. During the inspection, information was obtained from the policeman Brijpal Verma on duty in the lockup.
During this time, the Additional District Judge/Secretary went to the lockup and reviewed the cleanliness in the lockup. Guidelines were issued for proper cleanliness to the concerned by the Secretary District Legal Services Authority for not getting adequate cleanliness in the lockup. During the inspection lockup, 54 male and 02 female prisoners were described as the disgrace.
During the inspection, the police personnel told that there is a need to get a fan installed in the lockup, due to which the prisoners would face problems in breathing healthy. During the inspection, some security personnel on duty were directed to stay in the prescribed dress if they were not found in proper costumes. In the lockup, the register related to the prisoners was also observed. Rayebareli, district Amethi and women prisoners are brought in three separate vehicles for appearance in the court told by policeman Brijpal Verma on duty.
