UP News : Inspection of girl shelter home

UP News : Under the direction of Hon’ble District Judge Rajkumar Singh, on Thursday, the committee of judicial officers inspected the child shelter home and Chak Dhaurahra Rae Bareli at the girl child shelter home. Committee President Pratima, Member Additional District Judge/Secretary District Legal Services Authority Anupam Shaurya and Member Prabhash Tripathi, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II and Shreya Solanki Additional Civil Judge (Ju D) were known to the girls residence in the shelter home of Gandhi Seva Niketan. The girls living in the shelter home made the committee aware of their problems. Necessary guidelines were given by the committee taking information regarding the facilities available for educational, mental and social development. Instructions were also given by the committee to conduct regular medical examination of the girls of the shelter home.
On this occasion, the manager was directed to get regular counseling in view of the short -term girls of the girls. The Superintendent was directed by the Additional District Judge/Secretary District Legal Services Authority that the list of girls who are willing to study should be prepared and admitted to the respective institution and attempts should be made to contact the parents of the housing girls and send the girls to their homes. All the present were also made aware of the Legal Services for Children formed under the District Legal Services Authority. The said unit is capable of sending residents to their homes and also to try in the context of education.
District Probation Officer Jaipal Verma, Divisional volunteer Manoj Kumar Prajapati and Poonam Singh were also present on the occasion.
