UP e Uparjan e-Procurement System 2024 Online Purchase Slip
Due to Coronavirus in the country, the Uttar Pradesh government has made special arrangements for wheat procurement, the government has appealed to all the farmers to get a token by registering on UP E Uparjan Portal 2024-25 before taking their crops to the mandis
In Uttar Pradesh, the government will soon start the purchase of wheat for all the farmers of the state for 2024, so all the farmer brothers should get their registration done on the UP Procurement Portal as soon as possible and go to the mandis to sell their crops on the given date. This time the Uttar Pradesh government has set up 5500 procurement centers to buy wheat and along with this, the Uttar Pradesh government has set a target of purchasing 55+ lakh metric tonnes of wheat this year. The minimum support price for wheat procurement for 2024 is Rs 2275 / quintal.

UP e-Uparjan 2024-25
The UP government will soon announce the starting date for Kharif e uparjan. Last year, the state government had requested farmers to take their produce to the procurement centres only on the date specified in the SMS and not take the produce to the centres before the scheduled time.
This time the total number of wheat procurement centers has been increased by the UP government. According to the new rules of the government, farmers will have to register online to sell their crops at procurement centers. The Minimum Support Price (MSP) of wheat crop has been fixed at Rs 2015 per quintal.

Essential information for farmer registration
- While registering, the farmer will also have to provide details of the wheat field
- Along with the details of the farm, the Khasra number and the wheat acreage will also have to be filled in.
- Information of documents like Aadhar card, bank passbook etc. must be filled correctly
- The farmer must have the correct mobile number
- After filling the registration form, take its printout
- Once the registration form is locked, it cannot be edited again.
- So before locking the form, modify your form if there is any wrong information in it.
- Unless you lock your form, your form will not be finally submitted i.e. it will not be accepted
- Complete registration information will be sent to your mobile number.
- If a farmer wants to sell more than 100 quintals of wheat, he will have to get it verified from SDM
- After selling wheat, make sure to get a receipt from the center in-charge.

Under this section, we will tell you all how you can do Kisan Registration on the e Uparjan portal of Uttar Pradesh to sell your crop to the government. The complete step by step process of registration is given below, which you should follow carefully:
- Any farmer who wants to register should first visit the official website of UP e Procurement System https://eproc.up.gov.in/Uparjan/Home_Reg.aspx
- Along with this, if the above link is not working then you can register for the wheat procurement process on the government’s official website https://fcs.up.gov.in/ .
- After reaching the website mentioned above, on the home page, you will find the registration link under the “Options for Farmer Registration” page, click on it
- As soon as you click on the registration link, 7 steps will open in front of you. You have to complete all the steps for successful registration.

Step 1. Farmer Registration Format Download (Registration Form PDF)
In the first step, you have to download the registration form and fill it. This will be like an offline form. If you are a skilled computer operator, then you do not need to complete this step. This is only to avoid filling the form with wrong information, so you must complete this step.
- Click on the link “ Step 1. Registration Format ” to complete the first step
- Now a registration form will open in front of you in a new tab, which you have to download and print
After printing the form, you have to fill all the information asked in the form.
Step 2. Registration Form Online Registration
This step is the most important one. In this, you will have to fill all the information online which you have filled in the online form.
- To complete the second step, first click on the link “Step 2. Registration Form”
- Here first of all the farmer has to fill his mobile number
- After giving the mobile number, enter the captcha code in the box given below
- And then click on “Proceed” button
- Now the registration form will open in front of you, here you have to fill all the information asked in the form like farmer’s personal details, land details, address, bank details etc.
- After successfully entering all the details, click on “Register” button
After submitting the registration form you will get a registration number which you can use for the next step
Step 3. Registration draft
- As soon as you complete the farmer registration Step 2, you will automatically reach the “Step 3. Registration Draft” page
- Here farmers can complete the draft step of their form by entering their registration number and mobile number
Step 4. Registration Modification (Farmer Details Modification)
- After completing the previous step you will be automatically redirected to the registration modification step
- If you feel that you have entered something wrong while filling the registration form, then you can modify your form once again by entering the mobile number and registration number
- After the farmer provides the required details the below page will open. The procurement center can modify the farmer details using the above page.
After making modifications in the registration form, this step will be completed and you will be redirected to step 5
Step 5. Registration Lock Farmer Registration Lock
- In this step, you have to completely lock your form and only then you will be able to proceed to the next step
- If you have filled all the details in the form correctly, now you can lock your form by entering your mobile number and registration number.
Before locking the form, you will be shown all the information of the form once again, which you should check once again
Step 6. Print e-Uparjan Kisan Registration Form
In this step, you can print your entire filled form so that you can store your filled form offline.
For this, the applicant has to go to the link “Step 6. Registration Final Print”, enter the mobile number here and click on the proceed button, after which the completely filled form will open which you can print.
Step 7. Online Token Registration
After filling the wheat purchase registration form and completing all the steps from 1 to 6 mentioned above, now you have to complete the 7th step to get the token
- For this, first of all you click on the link “Step 7. Create token after lock”
- Here in the next box you enter “Farmer Registration ID or Mobile No.”
- Now enter the required captcha in the captcha box
- And then click on “Proceed” button
Now the farmer will receive a token for the purchase of wheat. This token will also be received by the farmer on his mobile number on which both the date and time of taking the produce to the market will be mentioned.
