On reaching the spot, a person named Dhananjay Singh was found, who said that this work is being done at the behest of Avinash Singh Sinku. Investigation revealed that Shakti Singh, a resident of Faizabad, has tried to buy this land by preparing fake documents. The entire conspiracy was hatched at the residence of former SP MLC Udayveer Singh in Delhi.

The Transport Commissioner has filed a case against Udayveer Singh, Shakti Singh, Avinash Singh Sinku, LDA officials and employees at Gomtinagar police station. Inspector Rajesh Tripathi said that the case is being investigated.
