Road Accident in UP Today : The bathing people returning from Mahakumbh Prayagraj and a car collided face to face at four o’clock on Monday morning, injuring 12 people of both vehicles. All the injured were admitted to the Community Health Center Rajgarh with the help of police.
When a woman was in critical condition in the accident, she was referred to the Trauma Center Varanasi. Other injured are being treated.
Three days ago, the devotees went to bathe Prayagraj Sangam from Garhwa Jharkhand. At the dawn of Monday, Scorpio, full of devotees returning after visiting Vindhyachal, collided with a car near Luce village on Mirzapur-Sonbhadra Marg.
Eight people sitting in Scorpio in the accident among Manita Devi (40), Shivam (26), Sakshi (27), Manoj (43), Asha (58), Rajan (21), Anshu (18) resident Garhwa, Jharkhand and Boleno riders Phoolmati (50), Nandkishore (40), Rajendra (50), Rajan Kumar (35), Kirti Devi (27), year resident Singhoda (Jharkhand) were injured among the five people going to Sangam Prayagraj.
Other devotees who stayed at the Shikhar Dhaba on the shouts ran and took out both the injured from the vehicles. Police was informed by the operator of Dhaba. Rajgarh police reached the spot and sent all the injured to the community health center Rajgarh ambulance and admitted them.
In the accident, a woman was referred to the trauma center Varanasi after the condition of Phulmani became critical and one leg was broken. While others are being treated in CHC Rajgarh.
Station head Rajgarh Mahendra Singh Patel said that after reaching the spot on the information of the accident, the injured Mirzapur-Sonbhadra Marg was trapped on the side of the accident and started the road by side.
