Noida: Traffic police issued an advisory restricting the entry of goods carriers from Noida to Delhi ahead of Republic Day. The restrictions will remain in place from 10pm on Thursday until Jan 23 and from 10pm on Jan 25 until Jan 26.DCP (traffic) Manisha Singh said the entry of goods carriers—heavy, medium and light—from Noida to Delhi will be prohibited through DND Flyway, Chilla Road and Kalindi Kunj. “These vehicles will be diverted through Noida Expressway to Eastern Peripheral Expressway for Delhi,” she said.The traffic police issued a helpline number (9971009001) for commuters. In Ghaziabad, commercial vehicles will not be allowed to enter the capital via UP Gate, DME, Seemapuri, Loni, Tulsi Niketan, and Ankur Vihar during the period.
