Towards a drug-free Delhi: Anti-narcotics task force launches portal

New Delhi: The anti-narcotics taskforce (ANTF) launched an official logo and a website on Saturday. The platform aims to facilitate seamless sharing of data on narcotics-related offences and offenders, and track them better. The portal provides comprehensive information on ANTF initiatives, awareness campaigns, rehabilitation centres, legal provisions, achievements, and avenues for public cooperation and reporting. Explaining the symbolism of the ANTF logo, special commissioner of police (crime) Devesh Chandra Srivastava said, “It reflects strength, coordination, and a mission-driven approach towards building a drug-free society.” DCP (crime) Sanjeev Kumar Yadav added, “The official website was launched as a dedicated digital platform to enhance transparency, public outreach, and citizen engagement. It will also ensure smooth sharing of data on narco offences and offenders for better tracking and detection of narco criminals.” The website was launched by lieutenant governor Vinai Kumar Saxena while inaugurating the Delhi Police exhibition hall in Connaught Place. The occasion also saw the launch of the ANTF newsletter.
