Kanpur: A minor driving a four-wheeler hit several bikes and a car late on Sunday night in Rawatpur area near the Namak factory. He was accompanied by another teenager in the car. Both the car occupants fled the scene after the accident.According to eyewitnesses, a speeding car rammed into 3 bikes parked on the roadside and then crashed into a wall near salt factory in front of Rainbow School. A young bike rider suffered minor injuries in the incident.The accused teenagers abandoned the vehicle and fled taking advantage of the dark. In the collision, 3 bikes and a car was badly damaged.On being alerted, police reached the scene and cleared the damaged vehicles from the road to restore traffic flow. Police have started the process of identifying the accused teenagers based on the car’s number.Rawatpur police station in charge Manoj Mishra said that the minor car occupants are being searched for and legal action will be taken against them.
