Sangita Ghosh, Syed Raza and Jasmeet Kaur at the Rose Festival Chandigarh
Actors Sangita Ghosh, Syed Raza and Jasmeet Kaur who are featuring in the TV show Tu Juliet Jatt Di, made a surprise appearance at the 54th edition of the annual Rose Festival at Chandigarh’s heritage venue, Zakir Hussain Rose Garden recently. Set against a vibrant backdrop of blooming roses and lively Punjabi beats, the trio also treated audiences to a special performance inspired by their show, drawing cheers and applause from an enthusiastic crowd. Speaking on the sidelines of the event, Sangita who essays the character of antagonist, Gulab in the show, joked, “Today Gulab has come to attend the Gulab festival.” Describing herself as “Unlike any other antagonist on TV,” Sangeeta said, adding, “I didn’t expect such warm audience appreciation for a negative character.” Talking about the Rose Festival, Sangeeta said she was in “awe”. She said, “This is a very beautiful festival, true to its name, its blooming with aesthetics, whether it is the full bloom of the roses or the lovely people who are here to enjoy the show.” She added that bringing the show to the festival made the experience even more meaningful
