The District Village Industries Officer has informed that in order to strengthen the economic condition of the Chief Minister Matikala Village Industries Employment Scheme Prajapati Samaj (Earthen Work), the state government will also provide loans to the lease holders/consulting artisans (potters) received by the state government through Baco in easy installments. Consumption of food items in characters made of plastic and thermocol is harmful to health and is also harmful to the environment. For which the Uttar Pradesh government is also committed to stop the trend of plastic.

Under the Chief Minister Matikala Village Industries Employment Scheme started by Matikala Board from Khadi Village Industries Department, Mukhi will be provided by back up to Rs 10.00 lakh for making and selling various types of earthen utensils. In this, the beneficiary will have to apply five percent contribution itself and up to 95 percent amount on the project will be approved by banks in the form of loan. In which, except for working capital, the beneficiaries will get a grant in the form of a margin of up to 25 percent on the remaining capital loan amount. This amount will be adjusted in case of working in a loan account after three years.
