During this time, the newly constructed Pakshala for women was inaugurated by the Additional District Judge/Secretary in the district jail.
On this occasion, certificates were distributed to the detained women prisoners in the district prison after training in sewing-embroidery. Computer training program was also launched under the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission for detained prisoners in the district prison. During the inspection, information was taken by the secretary regarding the availability of advocates from the prisoners about the advocate in their case.
After inspection, a legal awareness program was also organized to make the prisoners aware of legal awareness. The prisoners present in this program were given their legal rights and it was also told that the prisoners who need free advocates can get free legal aid through the Legal Ad Clinic located in the jail.
