Raebareli News : As per the instructions of Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow and Honorable Chairman, District Legal Services Authority/District Judge, Rae Bareli Amit Pal Singh, a small legal awareness camp was organized in the Panchayat Bhawan of Primary School Village Bhadokhar Block Rahi under Tehsil Sadar in connection with the identification and publicity of public awareness beneficiaries in connection with the mega/large service camp organized on 22 February 2026 at the district level.
In this awareness programme, the people present were told by Amod Kanth, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, that it is proposed to organize a mega/large legal aid and service camp on 22nd February, in which the weaker section, disabled, children, women, poor class, unorganized sector workers and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, public welfare schemes of the government like Old Age Pension Scheme, Widow Pension Scheme, Mass Marriage Scheme, Kanya Sumangala Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Workers Pension Scheme, Vishwakarma. Apart from the schemes related to farmers including Samman Yojana, schemes run for disabled people, they will also be able to avail the benefits of schemes related to all other departments. In this awareness camp, information was given about free legal aid, its eligibility and the application process.
On this occasion, information was also provided to the people present regarding the upcoming National Lok Adalat which is being organized on 14 March 2026. In this awareness program, information was given by LADC’s Chief Legal Aid Defense Council Rajkumar Singh regarding the works of the Legal Aid Defense Council established in the district and NALSA helpline number 15100. In this short awareness program, Naib Tehsildar Sadar Shamim Ahmed told the people present about the public welfare schemes.
Panchayat Secretary Hansraj Singh, Head Shiv Shankar Sahu, Paralegal volunteer Pawan Kumar Srivastava Manoj Kumar Prajapati were present in this short awareness program.
