Raebareli News ! Sakhi One Stop Centre, Rae Bareli has once again shown its sensitivity and humanity and set an example of human values in the society by reuniting an elderly woman with her family. District Probation Officer Jaipal Verma said that an elderly woman of about 60 years was brought to Sakhi One Stop Center for short stay by the team of Dial 112. The woman was mentally disturbed and frightened. The center team first provided them with refreshments and assured them that they were at a safe place. After this, they were provided the facility of short stay.
During counselling, the woman told that she had three children and was living with her son in Rae Bareli, but due to some reason lost her way. Since she was unable to give the exact address, Center Manager Aastha Jyoti, Counselor Shraddha Singh and their team made tireless efforts to contact the woman’s family through social media. The attempt was successful and the woman’s son was soon discovered.
When the son reached the center to meet his mother, both of their eyes were filled with tears of happiness. The son emotionally expressed his gratitude to the district administration. As per rules, after identification and confirmation, the woman was handed over to her son and family members.
What a heartwarming tale of digital detective work! Who knew social media could be so crucial for family reunions? Kudos to the tireless team at Sakhi One Stop Center for turning a distress call into a tear-jerking tale of happy endings. Its refreshing to see technology solving problems that even a 60-year-old lost woman couldnt navigate. And the bonus? A heartfelt thank you from the relieved son! Now, if only finding lost cats worked this efficiently. A perfect example of modern miracles in Raebareli!quay random
