Raebareli Local News ! Complete Samadhan Diwas was organized in Tehsil Lalganj in the presence of Honorable MLA Sareni Devendra Pratap Singh and under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Harshita Mathur.
The District Magistrate said that resolving the complaints of the common people at the local level is the top priority of the government, in order to achieve this, Complete Redressal Day is organized in tehsils and police stations. Local citizens can participate in this and get their problems solved.
The District Magistrate said that all the officers should ensure that these public complaints are resolved in a prompt and time bound manner within a week. He said that if there is any problem in the disposal of complaints, then it should be made clear and made aware of the reason.
The District Magistrate said that in the Total Solution Day organized in Tehsil Lalganj, a total of 47 cases were received from Revenue Department 15, Police 09, Development 07, Social Welfare 03 and 13 others, out of which 08 cases were resolved on the spot. The remaining cases were made available to the concerned departments for disposal with instructions to ensure their disposal within a week.
Superintendent of Police Dr. Yashveer Singh also heard the police related matters and gave necessary directions to the concerned.
On this occasion, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Naveen Chandra, Deputy District Magistrate Lalganj Mithilesh Kumar Tripathi, CO Lalganj Amit Singh and concerned district level officers were present.
