The Additional District Magistrate was presiding over the management meeting of rescue and relief works to deal with the disaster of flood and overflow in the Bacha Bhawan Collectorate Auditorium today.
In the meeting, the fertilizer and logistics department directed that arrangements for logistics etc. should be ensured to the affected people. Health department also conducted health awareness campaigns in the affected tehsils. Health facilities must reach people.
Instructed the officials of the electricity department that the high -tension line should be removed by taking action from above the cowsheds. Keeping the arrangement of cow-lightning sites strong, the main veterinary officer should maintain the arrangement of fodder of the cow dynasty. The Additional District Magistrate said that along with keeping an eye on the flow of river water, flood chowkia was also alert. Along with being completely active disaster management, keep a close watch on those who spread rumors.
Drinking water system should also be maintained. The PWD and the municipality should get them repaired in advance. Repair work should be done in advance in schools.
