The incident is from a village in the mill area police station area. On Tuesday evening, a young man from the same village called an eight -year -old girl out of the house by luring biscuits. Police arrested accused
The father reached the police station on Wednesday. He gave a complaint of the incident. Station in-charge Rajiv Singh said that a case has been registered against the accused from the same village on the basis of father’s tahrir under the Poxo Act and SC-ST Act. The accused was arrested on Thursday. The accused runs a grocery shop in a kiosk in the village itself. The case is being investigated by CO Sadar Amit Singh. The CO said that in the statement, the teenager has spoken about rape. Justice will be provided to the victim’s family.
