Rabareli News : DM gave strict instructions to departmental officers

Rabareli News ! District Magistrate Harshita Mathur held a meeting in the Collectorate Auditorium at Bacha Bhavan for rescue work from heat wave/heat. In the meeting, he reviewed the preparations made by departmental officers.
While giving instructions to the CMO, he said that the presence of doctors in all CSC and PAC should be ensured. Drinking water, seating place, fan/coolers should also be provided for the patients coming to the hospital.

While giving instructions to the Chief Veterinary Officer, he said that arrangements of electricity, water, sed and green fodder should be ensured in all cow-house sites. Animals should also be conducted medical tests from time to time. Immediate treatment should be done if any type of infection is found. Instructed the Basic Education Officer that schools should be conducted according to the guidelines given. Toilets, drinking water system, electricity etc. should be repaired in classes. While giving instructions to the Electricity Department, he said that continuous electricity should be ensured.

It should be taken care of that adequate electricity continues in rural areas also. In case of complaints related to power cuts, immediately dispose of it. Electric polo and dilapidated wires should be repaired in time. Instructing the tourism department, he said that cleanliness and drinking water should be ensured in all religious places and tourism sector. Instructing the municipality, he said that arrangements should be made for people to sit, cold water at religious places. Instructing the Village Development Department and MNREGA department, he said that the maintenance of Amrit Sarovars should be done properly and the pending construction work should be completed soon.

Additional District Officer (Finance and Revenue) Amrita Singh, Chief Medical Officer Naveen Chandra, Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Anil Kumar, Deputy Agriculture Director Vinod Kumar, District Basic Education Officer Shivendra Singh, District School Inspector Sanjeev Singh, District Supply Officer Vimal Shukla and other departments were present in the meeting.
