Under the chairmanship of District Magistrate/Vice President Rae Bareli Development Authority Harshita Mathur, Samadhan Divas Camp was organized in the auditorium of Rae Bareli Development Authority for the acceptance of building maps on splitting maps and OBPAS portal under Rae Bareli Development Authority area. The District Magistrate heard the problems of the people who came in the Samadhan Divas and instructions were given to the concerned officials for speedy disposal of the complaints received.
In today’s resolution day, 31 maps related to mitigation and OBPAS have been disposed of, under which almost the total amount will be received by Rs 37.00 lakh. During the review, departmental proceedings have been organized due to negligence in the ex -officio obligations to the concerned suit clerk and issued a warning to the concerned engineers for effective action in a week while issuing a warning in view of laxity in enforcement works.
On this occasion, Additional District Magistrate (V/N) Amrita Singh, Executive Engineer RDA M Ahmed and concerned officers should be present.
