Organisation points to missing chakra in Tricolour

Jharsuguda: Members of Team Save Social Organisation on Wednesday submitted a memorandum to the station manager of Jharsuguda railway station seeking immediate replacement of the National Flag with the Ashok Chakra missing, hoisted on the premises. The issue came to light after a member of the organisation noticed that the Ashoka Chakra was missing from the flag. Vinayak Rajak, a member of the organisation, said, “It has been observed that the Tricolour currently hoisted does not have the Ashoka Chakra, which is an integral and most significant element of our National Flag. Absence of the Ashoka Chakra renders the flag incomplete and distorted.”
