Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination-2026 will be tentatively conducted from May 4 to 9 for admission to medical, engineering and professional courses, and lateral entry to BTech and BPharm courses. This was notified by the OJEE chairman on Wednesday.Filling up of online application forms for entrance exams to courses of BTech, BPharm, MCA, MSc, MBA, Nursing, MTech and MArch began on Wednesday and will continue till March 22. OJEE notified that the entrance examination will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode for all the courses.
Officials said a special OJEE entrance examination is likely to be held in June. The skill development and technical education department decided to end the OJEE counselling by July 31 so that admissions begin from Aug 1 and conclude by Aug 15.Last year, close to 80,000 candidates appeared for the examination, and more than 55,000 candidates secured ranks across technical and professional courses.
