Vadodara: The NSS unit of the faculty of education and psychology at Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU) organized a cleanliness drive at Kotna Beach on the outskirts of Vadodara on Sunday.A team of 24 students, led by Sushma Kamble, NSS programme officer of the faculty, along with Chetan Joshi, collected waste and created awareness about the importance of cleanliness among local shopkeepers and residents.The team also collaborated with a local waste management NGO to ensure proper disposal of the collected waste. The drive aimed to promote environmental awareness, social responsibility, and community engagement among students and the local community.NSS unit officials said the drive was a success and that the faculty plans to continue such initiatives in the future.
