Noida: Noida Authority has launched multiple plot schemes across religious, corporate, commercial, hotel and group housing categories. Applications for the same opened on Thursday and will be accepted until Feb 26. Except for religious plots, allotment will be conducted through e-auction.Under the corporate offices category, 10 plots were offered in Sector 152. While nine plots measure 1,000 sqm each, 1 plot measures 4,0002.6 sqm. The reserve prices range from about Rs 1 crore to Rs 4.4 crore.Two plots, measuring 302 sqm and 600 sqm, were earmarked for religious use in Sectors 15A and 93B. These sites are intended for temple construction and will be allotted through an interview process. The reserve prices are about Rs 2.7 crore and Rs 4.1 crore.For commercial builder projects with a floor area ratio (FAR) of four, five large plots were listed in Sectors 96, 98, 62, and 108. Plot sizes ranging from about 24,000 sqm to 50,000 sqm will be auctioned online and carry reserve prices ranging roughly from Rs 400 crore to Rs 800 crore.In addition, six smaller commercial plots with FAR 2, ranging from 5,000 sqm to 22,000 sqm, are available in Sectors 61, 142, 132, 135 and 126. Their reserve prices range from about Rs 76 crore to Rs 270 crore.In the hotel plot scheme, six plots in Sectors 93B, 105, 135 and 142, ranging from 2,000 sqm to 24,000 sqm, are up for sale. The reserve prices for these plots range from Rs 36 crore to Rs 340 crore. Additionally, two group housing plots were offered in Sector 151.
