Nawab Singh Yadav case ! The court has ordered the seizing of Deputy District Magistrate at Naveen Singh Yadav Case, Court Gave Order Against SDM Kannauj. The court has given this order in the case of gangster Nawab Singh Yadav seizing the hotel. The District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police have filed their reply in this case.
The order has been pronounced against the SDM for not giving the news summoned from Naveen Singh Yadav Case, Court Gave Order Against SDM Civil Judge Senior Division. In the same case, the DM and SP composed their report before the court following the court order. The case is related to the hotel of former block chief Nawab Singh Yadav involved in Kannauj’s famous rape incident. The order was ordered in the court regarding the cease of the hotel.
Former block chief Nawab Singh Yadav was accused of rape in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh. The matter was caught quite a lot. In this case, action was taken against former block chief Nawab Singh Yadav, his brother former block chief Neelu Yadav under the Gangster Act. The victim’s aunt was also arrested in this case. The district administration had taken action against Nawab Singh Yadav and Neelu Yadav under the Gangster Act. In this case, the district administration took further action and seized the Chandan Hotel.
The answer was to be filed by 3 January
On behalf of Nawab Singh Yadav, an advocate had lodged an objection against this action of the district administration by giving an application in the court of the District and Sessions Judge. Civil Judge Senior Division Jyotsna Yadav had ordered the hotel to be seized free on 24 December 2024 and sought a report from the district administration till 3 January.
SDM Tirwa did not file an answer
On the orders of the Civil Judge Senior Division, the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police filed their reply. In which he told that the matter is under consideration in the High Court. But SDM Tirva Ashok Kumar did not present his reply in the court. On which expressing displeasure in the court, ordered the attachment of SDM Tirva’s car.
