According to the instructions of Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow and the National Lok Adalat is being organized on 10 May 2025 under the direction of District Judge/Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Rae Bareli Rajkumar Singh in Civil Court, Rae Bareli on 10 May 2025.
A meeting with the District Information Officer was convened regarding the widespread publicity of the National Lok Adalat. In the meeting, the Additional District Judge gave necessary guidelines to District Information Officer Anurag Ranjan regarding the publicity of National Lok Adalat through Print Media and Electronic Media.
Apart from this, it was informed by Additional District Judge/Secretary District Legal Services Authority Anupam Shaurya that in the National Lok Adalat, there was a wide-level pre-litigation case, insurance related matters, revenue related matters, electricity related matters, water related matters, water related matters, waters related to water, salary and allowances related to salary and allowances in services, related to labor, related to labor, family accidents, family cases and other small women will be settled. No fee is payable for disposal in Lok Adalat. There is no appeal against the decision on disposal in Lok Adalat and the matter is finally settled.
The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority was told that more and more promises should be disposed of in the National Lok Adalat to be held on 10 May 2025.
