According to the instructions of National Legal Services Authority and Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow, the National Lok Adalat was organized today under the chairmanship of Hon’ble District Judge Rajkumar Singh in District Court Rae Bareli and Nodal Officer of Rashtriya Lok Adalat Amit Pandey, Additional District Judge, a total of 1,71,183 cases were disposed of. A total of 5870 suits were settled by judicial officers in the National Lok Adalat.
Giving information by Additional District Judge Anupam Shaurya, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority Rae Bareli, it was informed that a total of 2 suits were settled by Hon’ble District and Sessions Judge Rajkumar Singh in this National Lok Adalat, in which the agreement amount was Rs. 9,79,781, 35 suits by the Chief Judge Family Court Anupama Gopal Nigam, 35 suit by Anupama Gopal Nigam, 35 suit by Dhruv Kumar Tiwari in charge of Motor Accident Claims Authority Funds 3,06,95,000, Special Judge (SC/ST Act) statue 1, 1 suit, second Additional District Judge Amit Pandey 1 suit and compensation amount by Rs. 1 suit and penalty money by Yadav, 500, VII Additional District Judge Abhishek Sinha, 01 suit, Special Judge Paxo Alok Kumar Singh by 7 suit and Rs 7,4000, Additional District Judge FTC0-South Vidyabhushani Pandey, 03 by Vidyabhushan Pandey, 03 by Additional District Judge/F.T.T.T. Additional District Judge/FTC0-III Vimal Tripathi’s penalty of 3 suit and Rs 1500, 1587 suit by Chief Judicial Magistrate Pawan Kumar Singh and Rs. 2,05,500.
150 suit and Rs 150 by court tehsil-Lalganj Devesh Kumar Yadav, 44 suit and penalty by Village Court Tehsil-Salon Ankit Kumar Sinha, 73 suits and penalty by Village Court Tehsil-Uthahar Manu Gupta, Rs 730, Additional Civil Judge (Junior Canger) Third Shamvil Rizwan 134 by 134 Cit 20 suits and fine of Rs 200 were settled by HN Mishra and deposited. Apart from this, the Chairman of the District Consumer Disputes Pratiosh Commission, Mr. Madan Lal Nigam, settled 22 suits and fixed Rs 7,71,816. A total of 1,69,603 promises through pre-litigation by all the departments of Rae Bareli district were fixed at Rs. In this way, a total of 1,71,183 cases were set by all departments in the National Lok Adalat in Rae Bareli district.
In this Lok Adalat, along with other cases, a large number of e-challan cases, check bounce (NI Act) cases and matrimonial dispute cases were settled. 34 couples standing at the mouth of divorce were sent back after reconciliation. In the National Lok Adalat, the exhibition of materials made by the prisoners in the District Prison Rae Bareli was displayed in the civil court, in which a large number of people participated. In order to help the common man, aid board and help desk were made at many places in the court premises.
