Muzaffarnagar. There was no hearing on the bail plea of former MLA Shahnawaz Rana and Saddam who are in jail on charges of attacking the DGGI team which had reached the steel factory for GST survey. Now the hearing will be held on 11th December.The hearing was to be held in the court of the District Judge, but the court has transferred the hearing of the case to the MP MLA Court. Now the hearing of the case will be held in the court of Judge Gopal Upadhyay of the special court MP MLA Court on December 11. The prosecution has informed that the section of murderous attack has been added against the accused.

On the same day, Qadir Rana’s daughters got interim bail from the court, but former MLA Shahnawaz Rana and Saddam are both in jail.

According to the police, before 2010, there were seven cases against MLA Shahnawaz Rana, but after 2010, 11 cases have been registered against him in Jansath, Civil Lines, Bijnor, Delhi and Faridabad. Out of these, two cases are registered in Delhi.
