Amroha: sensation spread in Hasanpur town of Amroha district when an e-rickshaw driver’s body was recovered from his house in suspicious condition. The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Hanif aka Cardamom (age about 50 years), a resident of Mohalla Deer, who used to run an e-rickshaw by profession. The incident is being reported on Friday i.e. this morning when the people living in the locality started getting strong odor from Hanif’s house. People were feared untoward as bad odor increased and immediately informed the police. As soon as the information was received, Hasanpur police reached the spot and broke the door and entered inside the house.
Dead body lying in a rotten condition on the bed
Police found Hanif’s body lying in a rotten condition on the bed. Seeing the dead body, it was clear that the murder was done several days ago. Blood was shed from the head of the deceased and his arms and legs were tied, it is clear that he was tied before brutally killing. The incident is pointing to a well-planned conspiracy of murder.
Forensic team is investigating
Police have taken the body and sent it for postmortem. Forensic team was also called on the spot, which has collected necessary evidence from the house. At present, the cause of the murder has not been ascertained nor any suspect has been arrested. The police is determining the direction of investigation keeping in mind the family, social and economic status of Mohammad Hanif.
Mysterious murder
According to the locals, Hanif lived alone and was quite calm. There was no dispute with anyone, which makes this murder even more mysterious. The police is now investigating Hanif’s mobile record and activities of the last few days.
Panic atmosphere in the area
This sensational incident has created an atmosphere of panic in the area. People say that there will be an atmosphere of fear until the accused is arrested. Police say the murder will be revealed soon.
