Mumbai: A 26-year-old woman who on Jan 16 had stepped out of her office in Malad (W) with colleagues and was hit by a car, subsequently lost her life at a hospital in Goregaon at 5.50 am on Jan 20. She was unconscious and had suffered serious injuries on the back of her head, chin, arms and legs. The motorist was preparing to flee when passersby stopped him. Bangur Nagar police registered an FIR against the motorist for rash driving and negligence.
