Mizoram nod to sustainable energy plant by Mumbai firm

Aizawl: Mizoram’s Empowered Committee on Investment, which met under the chairmanship of CM Lalduhoma in Aizawl on Thursday, decided to accord approval in principle to the Mumbai-based firm to roll out fuel cell and sustainable energy from plastic waste, an official statement said.

The experts from the firm gave presentation to the members of the Empowered Committee on Investment on how fuel cell and sustainable energy can be eco-friendly transformed from plastic waste and their willingness to set up an unit in the state. The experts also outlined their requirement of land, water supply and electricity for setting up of the unit.
