Vadodara: A six-year-old girl was allegedly molested by a 22-year-old man while playing on a terrace during Uttarayan on Wednesday. The incident took place at a residential apartment near Soma Talav.The Kapurai police booked accused under the POCSO Act and arrested him.Police said the accused allegedly molested the girl and touched her inappropriately. The girl’s mother stated that the child was visibly shaken and began crying. The girl later informed her mother about the incident and described the man, police said.On inquiry, the girl’s parents identified the accused as their neighbour, who resides in a nearby flat..
