Mau News: Mau 16 trains canceled during Mahakumbh will run again on their scheduled routes from March 1. This will help the passengers going to other states. Also, people coming home from metros on Holi will also get relief.

During the Mahakumbh, the railway had canceled 16 express and superfast trains leading to other states including Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat via Mau for 11 days from 18 to 28 February. After the end of Mahakumbh, the crowd in railway stations and trains has become normal. From March 1, the operation of all these trains will start on their scheduled route. Due to the high number of devotees taking bath in Mahakumbh, the crowd has increased in all trains.

Passengers standing on the platform broke the glass and sleeper coaches of several trains, including Lichchavi Express, after not opening the train door due to over the crowd. After eight days, there will be a crowd of passengers in trains on Holi festival. In such a situation, passengers who have already booked tickets in AC and sleeper coaches were also to repair the sabotage in trains. This was also a motive to cancel the train. All the trains to be canceled go from Mau to Varanasi, Prayagraj to Delhi, Mumbai and other states.
