Times News NetworkChandigarh: An unknown person was found dead under mysterious circumstances at a park in Sector 27 on Saturday morning. Police kept the body in the GMSH mortuary and initiated inquest proceedings after registering a case.
A passer-by noticed a person lying unconscious on a park bench and informed the police at 112. A PCR van reached the spot and rushed the man to GMSH-16. Doctors declared him dead on arrival and kept the body at the mortuary.Sector 26 police said no external injury marks were found on the body. Police suspect that the man may have of cold. However, the exact cause of death will be ascertained after receipt of the autopsy report.Police said the deceased was yet to be identified. MSID:: 127398103 413 |
