Man confronts wedding guests for urinating near father’s grave, killed

Prayagraj: A 45-year-old contractor was killed by a group of people attending a marriage function at Madauka village late Thursday night after he allegedly asked them not to park vehicles and urinate near his father’s grave, police said.The family members of the victim– Rajesh Kumar Nishad—have named 12 persons, including a constable posted in Mau district. So far, 7 of them have been detained for questioning. Family members alleged that the accused inserted an iron rod into the mouth of the contractor. Police said a group of baraatis came to the Madauka village guesthouse to attend the marriage ceremony. Some of the guests started parking their vehicle, and one of them allegedly urinated on a gravesite near the guesthouse. When the victim confronted them, they brutally attacked him, along with some family members of the bride’s family, police said adding that further probe was on.
