Kheero, Rae Bareli. On Sunday, a wild animal attacked a Nilgai child in the fields outside the village in Mathurakheda Majre Kheer, village of Kheer area. The forest department team with the help of villagers made a lot of research in the forests nearby but could not find any trace. There is a lot of panic among the villagers due to this incident. The villagers have demanded departmental officers to apprehend the attacker wild animal.
Villagers of Mathurakheda said that there are many forests around their village. In which a large number of Nilgai remains daily. Which also causes a lot of damage to the crops of farmers. On Sunday, the people of Mathurakheda were working in their fields. Then a herd of Nilgai came out of the nearby forest. There was also a small child of Nilgai. He was running behind in the herd. Then a wolf attacked Nilgai’s child and seriously injured him. When the people working in the fields chased the wolf, he ran away and went to the forest. Meanwhile, Nilgai’s child died. After some time, the wolf again started eating the dead Nilgai child.
Again the villagers chased the wolf. But he again ran towards the forest. The villagers reported the incident to the forest department. Forester Manish Kumar and Forest Guard Jagat Narayan Pandey and Forest Department team arrived at the information of the villagers, with the help of the villagers, they did a lot of research in the forest but no trace of wolves could be found. There is a lot of panic among the villagers due to this incident. The villagers have demanded departmental officers to apprehend the wolves.
