Kanpur: The Kanpur zoo celebrated its 52nd anniversary on Wednesday by allowing free entry for 52 children. According to zoo officials, to make the 52nd anniversary special, the administration decided to offer free entry to 52 children. The first child on the list was 9-year-old Noor Alam. A cake-cutting ceremony was also held in the presence of director Dr Kanhaiya Patel and divisional director Divya. The event was attended by regional forest officer Naved Ikram and veterinarians Mohd Nasir and Nitesh Katiyar, among others .
