Janjgir-Champa. A large negligence of a government hospital has come to light in Janjgir-Champa. Where the record room caught fire late at 3 pm. Due to the fire, black smoke started coming out of the room, causing chaos. Many documents have been gutted in the incident. The fire was controlled by the fire brigade after hard work.
Cell number 3 and 4 of the Civil Surgeon’s office are being used in the record room, where the fire broke out yesterday. Seeing the flames in the room, the relatives of the patients informed the hospital management. After which the vehicle of police and fire brigade reached the spot. Fire personnel broke the shutter behind the hospital to extinguish the fire. The fire was controlled after hard work.
The cause of the fire is not yet clear. The hospital’s electrician says that recently new wiring has been done in the entire district hospital premises and adequate security arrangements have also been made. Surprisingly, despite the fire in the record room, neither the power failure of the hospital premises nor any circuit was cut.
Many questions are being raised on the management due to the fire incident in the record room. There is no movement of common people here on holiday. Also, CCTV cameras are also installed in the campus, yet the cause of the fire has not been revealed yet. A high -level inquiry is being demanded on the matter.
