Homemade Jalebi Recipe

Flour – 1 cup
Besan (gram flour) – 2 tablespoons
Cornstarch – 2 tablespoons
Food color-2-3 drops (optional)
Oil – to fry
Chinese – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1 teaspoon
Saffron threads – some (optional)
Nuts (chopped almonds, pistachi etc.) – for garnishing

 Jalebi Banane ki Vidhi

Mix maida, gram flour, cornstarch, food color and small amounts of water in a bowl. You have to prepare a smooth batter, which is full of piping.
Now heat the oil in a pan and pipe the batter with a plastic cover or piping bag. Jalebi shape should be spiral.
Now deep fry the jalebis, on medium heat, and fry till it turns golden brown.
Boil by adding sugar and water to a saucepan. Add cardamom powder and saffron and mix. Now boil the syrup by heating it slightly on the low heat.
Now put the fried jalebis in the syrup and soak it for 5-7 minutes.
Now, take out the jalebi in a plate and garnish it with a chopped fruits.
Jalebi is ready! Serve hot hot and enjoy.
