Jaipur: The education dept Tuesday appointed 41 district in-charges for the inspection of PM Shri schools on Jan 22 before parent-teacher meeting.Officials will assess infrastructure facilities and identify necessary improvements, ensuring that repairs are completed before the upcoming academic session starts in April. The district in-charges were instructed to visit govt schools as needed under the two-day monthly field visit programme and make entries accordingly on the Sambal App. The inspections will be carried out in the top and bottom three PM Shri schools of every district. The district In-charge Officer will have to compulsorily visit at least one residential school operating in the district. During the field visit, the concerned Chief District Education Officer and ex-officio District Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha office, will hold a meeting with the following departmental officers to review the progress of important departmental schemes or innovations and discuss in detail the implementation or compliance of govt policies and instructions at the field level.Along with PM Shri Schools, officials from the Sanskrit education department were instructed to inspect Ved Vidyalayas in different districts. BOX- Nipun Mela to be held at 72k govt schools Jaipur: A mega parent-teacher meeting and Nipun Mela will be organised on Jan 23 in 72,000 govt schools. Principal secretary school education department Krishna Kunal, in a meeting Tuesday, emphasised the selection of convenient schools for the programme and the importance of connecting as many students and parents as possible to the event. Officials said that, as part of the Nipun Mela, students will learn through play and showcase their creative abilities. In the state-level programme, over 80,000 bicycles will be distributed by chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, along with direct benefit transfer to the bank accounts of students under various schemes of the Mukhyamantri Balika Shiksha Foundation and the transport voucher scheme.
