India Pakistan War Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a meeting with the high officials of the state in view of the strict action being taken by India in the Secretariat. In the meeting, the Chief Minister instructed all the officers to be fully prepared for each situation and special vigilance in the border areas as well as keep the administrative units posted there vigilant. The Chief Minister has also instructed the officers to ensure adequate amounts of life saving medicines, surgical equipment and other necessary medical resources in all hospitals of the state.

The Chief Minister has instructed the Food and Civil Supplies Department to ensure necessary food, ration and drinking water supply in the state. He said that relief and rescue teams have also been kept ready so that quick action can be taken if needed. The Chief Minister has instructed the Information Department to play an active role to avoid rumors and give information to the public at the right time. He said that the safety of the deity people for the state government is paramount and the government is ready to deal with any kind of emergency.
