RaeBareli: Police sub -inspector Jitesh Singh was beaten fiercely by a dhaba operator and his associates in Bachhrawan police station area in Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh. Daroga was seriously injured in this attack. The Daroga demanded action against other bullies including the dhaba operator. After which the police arrested the accused and started legal action.
Sub-Inspector Jeetesh Singh, posted at Bachhrawan police station, gave a complaint that he was going to Churuwa outpost on Tuesday night, when he saw a truck standing near Neemtikar village on the Lucknow-Prayagraj highway. Due to which there was a jam. He started opening the jam.
The Daroga alleges that Rohit, the dhaba operator located in the village, attacked the inspector using the intriguing language, due to which the inspector could not do anything due to falling alone and the people of the dhaba operator beat the daroga with stomach, kicks and slaps on the chest. He also threatened to remove the uniform, causing serious injuries to the inspector. Somehow the inspector was released from his clutches, he informed the police about the incident. Police reached the information and started investigation. Police registered a case against Sub Inspector Jitesh Singh’s Tahrir and arrested the accused.
Bachhrawan police station in -charge Jeevan Joshi said that Daroga Jitesh Singh was passing through the intersection, when he came to know that there was a traffic jam in front of a dhaba. He tried to remove the vehicles, but the dhaba operator opposed it and started arguing with them. After this, many other people along with the dhaba owner also came there and attacked Daroga. Jeetesh Singh suffered serious injuries in the attack, after which he was taken to the hospital for treatment.
After the incident, the police arrested the dhaba operator and one of his companions, showing readiness. The investigation of the case is going on. Strict legal action is being taken against the accused. Police officials said that this incident is a serious challenge for law and order and strict steps will be taken to prevent such incidents.
